Shipping + Returns


Items in stock ship the same day via Express post.

Kittyhawk bespoke pieces are custom made to order and are shipped according to our production schedule

AUSTRALIA: We use Australia Post for all small-medium orders within Australia. All Australian orders are shipped Express Post with a tracking number. Large items are shipped with Fastway Couriers and include a tracking number.

REST OF THE WORLD: We ship worldwide using Australia Post, DHL Express, US or Fed Ex with tracking numbers. We ship to all countries with the exception of North America / Canada.


Standard items
Standard items are covered by our 7 day returns policy. If for some reason you are not happy with your item, you can return your unopened undamaged package to us for a full refund less postage.

To be eligible for return:

  1. Your item must not be custom or made to order.
  2. Your item must be returned unopened, undamaged in its original packaging.
  3. You must have shipped the item to us within 7 days of receiving the item. It does not have to have arrived within this time, however if necessary you will need to prove you shipped it back to us within this timeframe.
  4. Buyer is responsible for the return postage cost.

Custom items
We have a strict no return policy for any custom items, not limiting the rights and obligations under Australian Consumer Laws.

Items which are faulty can be returned for a replacement. We will not accept the return of custom items which are deemed to be ‘’change of mind’’. If you are not sure what colour you would like to pick, or are worried you may not like the colour you are welcome to order a sample prior to purchase.

Everything that leaves our studio is quality checked and throughly packaged so it arrives to you safe and sound. In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please refrain from using the product. Please take images of the unopened product and contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.
